Kirstie McLure
Former MD of the Tinopolis Group’s Pioneer Production, a leader in Specialist Factual Content, Kirstie introduced innovative new formats including Fast-Turn Around docs, Live Specials, and Returnable UGC series as well as establishing a joint venture in Asia. She’s also a massive proponent of new Technology, in production and distribution
Nikki Tilley
After a start in the world of Drama Nikki crossed to factual when she joined Pioneer in 1999. Working as a PM, Producer/Director and finally Head of Production, Nikki was across a broad slate of projects and heavily involved in all elements of production and recruiting during her time with the company.
Viki Carter
Viki is an HoP/Production Executive who has worked in TV for almost 20 years and has a wealth of experience across unscripted ranging from factual entertainment formats to live studio to fixed rig to feature docs and documentary series. Over the years she’s worked with a number of start ups and rapidly growing indies and particularly enjoys helping get companies up and running with efficient systems and processes to enable them to grow and expand. She’s also a whizz with budgets and schedules and overseeing productions pro-actively ensuring they stay on budget and schedule.
Pete Dunkerley
Pete has over 20 years experience in production finance. He started out as a Finance Manager for an award winning Childrens’ TV company, and was a director of Pioneer Productions for 6 years. He joined the Televators 3 years ago and in that time has worked with a large number of Production Companies across all genres.
Sarah Hume
WashingtonSarah Hume is currently CEO of Sarah Hume Production Consulting providing operational consulting services to a variety of well-known and smaller production entities. As VP of Production Management at Discovery Communications up until July 2016, Sarah oversaw an average of 4000 hours of programming across the Discovery US networks which include TLC, Animal Planet, ID, Destination America, Velocity and American Heroes Channel.
Todd McMichael
‘Classically’ trained in an analogue world, Todd has transferred his audit training to the media industry in London for over 25 years. Experience garnered from many prominent companies can be adapted to entities of any size or idiosyncrasies, streamlining processes, adding cohesion and a platform for greater creative performance.
