Viki is an HoP/Production Executive who has worked in TV for almost 20 years and has a wealth of experience across unscripted ranging from factual entertainment formats to live studio to fixed rig to feature docs and documentary series. Over the years she’s worked with a number of start ups and rapidly growing indies and particularly enjoys helping get companies up and running with efficient systems and processes to enable them to grow and expand. She’s also a whizz with budgets and schedules and overseeing productions pro-actively ensuring they stay on budget and schedule.

Pete has over 20 years experience in production finance. He started out as a Finance Manager for an award winning Childrens’ TV company, and was a director of Pioneer Productions for 6 years. He joined the Televators 3 years ago and in that time has worked with a large number of Production Companies across all genres.

As VP of Production Management at Discovery Communications up until July 2016, Sarah oversaw an average of 4000 hours of programming across the Discovery US networks which include TLC, Animal Planet, ID, Destination America, Velocity and American Heroes Channel.
